That's a great question with all of the Internet frauds doing business today. How about we take a look at that definition first...

Scam....A fraudulent business scheme; a swindle.

Scammed, scam·ming, scams...To defraud;swindle.

I know that would apply to hundreds if not thousands of online business opportunities that are on the Internet today.

Most of which claim to be 100% free then they always have to come clean after you sign up.
That's when you first hear about the "upgrades or up sells" that you will have to purchase in order to start making your money back or start receiving any income.

I can't really blame them because if they told you the truth in the very beginning before you ever signed up.. Then they really couldn't say it's 100% free now could they ..So they wait until after the actor with the limo and private jet... (lol) 

So lets see if the word SCAM applies to Instant Payday Network...

As I mentioned in many previous posts..
Instant Payday Networks claim of 100% Free is the reason I went and watched their video from beginning to end and even took notes just to see for myself...

In the video everything to actually start the course for free was mentioned in detail and put out in the light right up front. 
Not hidden in the dark behind the curtains or spoken in some confusing spin speak as the actor exits a rented limo then stands next to somebody else's private jet to distract you and says "this could all be yours too". 

I'm quite sure you have all seen more than a few of those videos. (rofl)
They are like magician's performing "sleight of hand card tricks" hoping you will look only where they want you to and not ask too many questions.

So to be honest since Instant Payday Network doesn't require any "upgrades or up sells" after the sign up. I have to say:
No it's not a Scam or anything even close to a Scam.

Especially when they explain and tell you  everything up front before you ever have to "sign up", and there are No Upgrades.
There are just the 2 steps to complete after the sign up that are explained in detail in the video to make it 100% Free.

First off this program is not just for work at home moms.
But they are already at home near a computer in most cases.

The word Free was very important to me and should be to you also. But the word Free was everywhere relating to affiliate marketing programs... So after signing up and then canceling more programs than I want to name or count. Because they were not really Free after all was said and done....

I was a beginner remember and had to find out the hard way.
Not having any "extra money" to put into their so called "Free Programs" that always ended up needing "upgrades" that you found out about after signing up. ( It's always in the video or fine print you skipped past or did not see. )

'Upgrades" or "Upsells" are products or services that you are required to purchase for the "Free Program" in order for you
to be marketed and or profitable. So much for Free right?

Then I came across the Instant Payday Network Program...
Free of course.... Ya Right.... 

What the heck. It's just one more video to watch and I have to find out right? 
Plus I can always "cancel it " like all the others..... 

I didn't want to look back later and think to myself, "What if."

So another sign up and another video later and.....

Six months later... I'm still with Instant Payday Network. 
I dont know why but for some reason I really believed that guy in the video for Instant Payday Network telling me that if I did exactly what he said this program was going to be Free. Otherwise it could be as low as $7 to $10 dollars.

After the video you will be asked if you want to sign up with Instant Payday Network and get started...

Below are the details explained in great length.
   
You must complete the 2 trial offer sites yourself first in order to be able to get paid to refer others.These sites are also Fortune 500 free trial offer sites: 
Express and Double My Cash Freebies.

 In hindsight this was actually good to have gone through. Meaning: I now know exactly where and what I'm referring others to.

Once you have completed Express and Double My Cash Freebies you can start referring others to do the same and complete trial offers.

As for me I did just what the guy in the video said and chose free trial offers  that cost me about $7 dollars because I did not want to wait 7 - 14 days before I could start getting paid referral fees. (7 to 14 days is the normal wait period for completely free trial offers)
So if I was not in such a hurry to finally get my own afiliate program started it was going to be truly a Free Program.  

Step 1
At the first site Express My Cash Freebies I picked a trial offer that was $1 dollar and had to make sure I canceled it within 14 days so as not to get monthly billing after the 14 day trial ended
so I put a notepad on my desktop to remind me of any trial offers that I needed to cancel.  That was suggested in the video, not my idea but I'm sure I would have wrote it down if not placed it on a desktop notepad anyway. Upon completing the trial offer(s) my status turned green and was sent to the next site.

Step 2
At the second and last site Double My Cash Freebies I chose a Game Fly trial offer that was $5 or $6 dollars for a month long trial that let me pick out games to be sent to my home to play then return. Since I'm being so honest here, I actually liked that trial offer but still canceled it before the trial month was over.

Now Express My Cash Freebies pays your $20 every-time you refer someone and they complete the 1 credit requirement, Double My Cash Freebies pays you $30.

Step 3
After you have completed Steps 1 and Steps 2, you will receive access to the back-office for Instant Payday Network where you can begin marketing the system to others and start to earn commissions yourself.

You receive a complete marketing system including a back-office which has features such as quick start guide, auto-responder series, training videos, done for you squeeze pages, sample marketing templates, stats tracking, and so much more.

So what did I do then...six months ago....

I went to the back-office of my Marketing System and watched many of the "How To" training videos and never looked back with any regret's since. Everything I needed was there being a "newbie" at the time... Banners-how to place adds videos-how and where to place adds on classified sites videos and forums etc...Which I did in the first week.


Then about a week later I received 3 referrals in one week, and then that turned into about one referral a day and after about two months time it's been a few a day now. 

Here are just 2 of the adds in your back-office to show you what I'm takling about that are a simple "copy and paste" code add to place.

You on the other hand might not be a beginner like I was and start right away placing ads on classified ad sites such as Craigslist, bulletin board sites, forums and pretty much anywhere you can get your ad on. These sites already get a ton of traffic and getting your ad in-front of thousands of people is actually quite easy. 


Remember I was in a hurry and took the faster route and paid $7 dollars. But you can truly get all this for FREE and started! 
It's all up to you to make notes or keep a record of what and when you need to cancel if your not planning on keeping it past the trial offer. ( It was 3 trial offers to cancel in my case)

P.S.
There is a Step 4... 
But please wait on that next step because it's not free.
Not that expensive either but soon enough you can go onto step 4 and have a one referral make that monthly payment for you out of your profits :)  

Step 4: Is optional, but it involves joining the Empower Network, the Empower Network is a viral blogging system. 
I highly recommend joining the Empower Network and the affiliate program but if you are just getting started and money is tight I recommend that you get some money coming in from Instant Payday Network first to cover the cost of Empower Network which is $25 a month for the viral blogging system and then $19.95 a month for the affiliate program, It's the best $45 you will spend each month for the return!

Before I signed up with Instant Payday Network I would never have known how to put a simple picture in a post or on a blog or an add in the classified pages. But because of all the training videos I have at my disposal 24hrs day or night I am actually able to use this in my everyday life and help others that might not know how easy it is to copy and paste images and html code.

And the support with both networks is great for beginners like I used to be. I had so many questions and If I could type it out and email it to support  in my back-office then within minutes in most cases Instant Payday Network gave me answers. Or else I could use the phone and talk to a nice support staff person. 

I always used the email for my questions because I did not want to open my mouth on the phone and remove all doubt as to how new I really was to all this computer stuff. lol

But that was then, and this is now...
And I'm doing much better at this comp stuff...
And I dont mind helping anyone out with questions...

Now with the internet so widely available to so many across
the globe it's no longer a theory or rumor but a reality now.

With all the affiliate and network marketing programs out there. Well it's enough to make your head spin put it that way.

So lets get back to the title.... Money and how you can make it from your own home with different programs or systems.
You have so many options from home to chose from.
Not just the affiliate and network ones mentioned above.

But those are the 2 different programs I myself researched and have experience with so I can honestly say which programs I chose and why.

The Semi-Annual Big Bear 2013 Airshow Big Bear City Airport August 24th, 2013. Gates Open at 7:00 am with a pancake breakfast prepared by the Big Bear Kiwanis.
The show starts two hours later  with a spectacular High Altitude entrance by the Just In Time Skydivers.

Big Bear City Airport  proudly presents Big Bear Air Fair 2013 "Celebrating 110 Years of Flight"




the skies will be filled with the sights and sounds of vintage Warbirds,and much more. Presenting our 16th fly-in, the Big Bear Air Fair continues to be one of Big Bear’s most exciting family entertainment                                                                          

There will be a lot of new and exciting aircraft for this year's Air Fair.  The appearance of a pair of B-25s, P-47 Thunderbolt, F3F Wildcat, F6F Hellcat, F8F Bearcat, Mk XIV Spitfire and Zero are sure to be eye-catchers.

There will also be television and movie stars flying-in. The B-25, "Executive Suite", was seen in the movie Catch-22 and other aviation and entertainment media. The PT-17 seen in the TV show JAG will be here as well.

There is food for any and all tastes along with tasty treats.  For those of all ages there will be a full motion simulator, face paint along with spray and glitter tattoos and a balloon artist.  Rides will be available in vintage aircraft and a helicopter.

Admission is $2.00 for all except those in strollers.

THE HILL CLIMB & AFFILIATE MARKETING!

The Main Objective in Both.

We already know the answer I would hope. :)
Is and should be to reach the top in both fields.
Or at least be proud that you gave it your best try,
and learned from your mistakes...

Lets take a look at this hill climb video for an example:

There now... In just that short video look how many tried and how many made it to the top. As you can see it not only takes the right rider but also the right machine to get to the top. So many try the same with "Affiliate Marketing" as well. Only to find out at the end of the day that they did not have the "Right Machine" even though they were the "Right Rider".

That "Right Machine" in Affiliate Marketing  is Empower Network if your going to stay the course and go the distance. Nothing comes easy if it's worth while or happens overnight if it's going to last and keep going and going.

I myself have made great strides in my first 3 weeks and have gotten great support whenever I had a question. Now there's a true test of no fear that takes persistence and training. .

 The rules are very simple.Events are conducted over an indoor or outdoor obstacle course including such natural or man-made hazards as mud, rocks, water, logs, walls, pallets, spools, etc. and can have any number of sections. The sections will have time limits to complete them by.Then riders attempt to negotiate each section without putting down a foot or hand (dab). Each dab (foot or hand) adds a point to the rider's score. The rider with the lowest total score wins the event. 

The rider that makes the fewest mistakes is the winner. It's not about speed but more about balance and timing.If you have never heard of the sport before then your in for a treat. As an example here is a small sample video from You Tube. 
 So did it look like they had any fear? Nope because of all their persistence and training gave them the confidence to try even though they might not succeed the first time they keep trying. They would learn from a mistake and get better and better from persistence and training backed by support.

It's the same for me in a way. Except I'm never in danger lol. I am doing better and better each day with Empower's Network's affiliate marketing program simply because I refused to give up just because I had never tried affiliate marketing before. As I discussed in previous post's here. After watching that video above I really thought about where I am at now compared to before I started the program,and that made me feel really good about myself. I personally recommend The Autobahn of Affiliate Network Programs "Empower Network". Because you have all the tool's and training videos at your disposal to take in at your own speed. Not to mention the great support team of professional's for any questions you might have as a newbie like me. They never make me feel small or stupid when I call or email support for help. But I can usually just rewind a training video (available 24 hr's) I skipped past because I was in a hurry lol. 

I know I should slow down and do it right the first time. But I'm actually making money now just by following Empower Network's 8 core steps. Even a newbie can do it.. Look at me now Mom. :)

Whatever makes you happy in life is all that should matter.
But we get overwhelmed sometimes by our day to day struggles and the struggles of those that are around us or close to us. Whether they are friends or family or total strangers we come across in our daily travels. We are all connected by some invisible thread that spans the globe.

Back to the being happy part.
For some it's their health that gives them happiness.
For others it's their health that makes them sad.
Relationships bring happiness to most I think because being alone never made me all that happy. Then again a bad relationship could be much worse than being alone and much harder to resolve also.

For many it's where they are that makes them happy.
Where they live as in location. In the mountains or near the beach or the wide open plains. Maybe just being in a big city with the busy population surrounding you and the night life that never stops. 
Where they are for others might be their wealth or their financial portfolio that makes them happy and feel secure.

I'm quite sure that we would all like to have that secure feeling someday. It might be a family around you as you grow old that makes you feel secure. It might be saving money up to be ready for whatever might be around the corner you can't see. 

Like the family emergencies that are never planned ahead. The broken arm at school or the fender bender on the way to work. But for both of those examples they do sell insurance to cover those emergencies if your lucky enough to be able to afford them.

In my case: I'm happy just to be able to live high up in a ski resort mountain community surrounded by a beautiful forest with a lake. Wow what could be better than that right? I know lol.
My family has no health issues, but who knows what life has in store for any of us down the road. For me I needed to make a plan for what might come around the corner that I can't see. 

I certainly can't afford any emergency that might jump out at me or my family. But I am finally starting to put away a little money from affiliate marketing while my job keeps us just above water. Like I said we are happy right where we are at but.... 

I have a plan to be happier. Or would that be a goal? I guess it's because if we are happy now and like that feeling. 
What would happier feel like?
I mean that feeling of financial security and a beautiful location together at the same time.

Is it wrong to want a little more than happy?
I know I will be much being happier by having a little financial cushion or security to protect the I love. I don't even need to ask them if that would also make them happier. Just call it a feeling. 
It goes without saying. 

I would love to go just a few years back in time and have gotten into affiliate marketing with what I know now. To me that is sort of like being happy compared to being happier.

But we did not have the money to afford a simple $44.95 a month to invest with Empower Network back then. That's why I invested an hour or two every other day with Instant Payday Network because it was a free work at home business opportunity. I followed the video step by step and soon had another income besides my job from my very home on my free time.

About the go back in time thing and affiliate marketing. 
You know the happy compared to happier?
I just wish I could have joined right up with Empower Network even if I had to recycle bottles and cans to get $44.95 to be happier.
But we can't go back in time and skip the lessons learned can we. 

So with affiliate marketing...I guess it's all up to each individual and where you want to start and how much you can invest.
Whether it's your time because you have no extra money and no prior experience (Instant Payday Network). 
Or $44.95 because you have very little extra time and no prior experience or very experienced (Empower Network). 

I guess going from happy to happier with affiliate marketing... 
I wouldn't change a thing. :)

What a great day to go on a hike in the forest. Not to hot and beautiful weather with awesome scenery to boot. A great way to clear the mind and just the sound of a noisy woodpecker in the background lol.
We just took a few mile hike up to the Pacific Crest Trail sign and had a water break for our dog Banjo (Carlos Danger remember lol).

It was during that quiet time up on top by the sign that we talked about if we should finally invest a little of the money I have been saving up from that free work at home opportunity I talked about in my last few post's. (Instant Payday Network) 
In the past few months I did a lot more research on what I would do next after finding a free work at home business by investing only my free time every other day. About 5-7 hours a week on average. Saving that income for the next step. Well I finally took that giant first step or more like a second step. My first step was a free affiliate opportunity that really was free if I so chose. I had the option of investing just time or money or both. Since I had a little extra time and no extra money so I chose free lol.

I need to mention I'm a total newbie to this stuff but have done lots of research before I ever took any steps towards being my own boss someday. In the past year alone not all of my steps were forward but then I never took "affiliate marketing 101" in school when I was younger so I learned by trial and error (the hard way). Which in the end actually made me feel like I really accomplished something. Even if it was just a bit of knowledge it was common sense that kept me moving forward and not giving up.

I/We decided to take the next step to invest money to move even further forward but keep that investment under $50/month. And after months of research that made only one affiliate marketing business stand out..."EMPOWER NETWORK"...why not see for yourself.

There are so many others out there but none that would give me the tools and training I needed because I wanted to work from home and I'm not an advertising expert or a  computer genius with HTML code and did not want to spend $100's a month which is what the rest of them wanted if I took my next step with them. We all have common sense some more than most.. Most just chose when to use it rather than always for different reasons.

The feeling of being on a team instead of all alone was worth the price of $44.95 for me. 

Which would have been a few minimum wage hours from one day at work to cover an entire month with Empower Network but. I had daily income saved up from Instant Payday Network to cover this cost for me.

I was informed many times before joining Empower Network and after that if it was not what I wanted or not for me that I could gladly get a refund within the first 3 days which I thought was very nice and professional. But after just the first day I knew it was just what I need to go forward and a great next step for me and my family.
